1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Acting For Camera Masterclass (“the Course”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access the Course.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”, “student”) and [Your Legal Entity Name], the provider of the Course.
2. The Course
The Course is a pre-recorded online masterclass on acting technique for camera. It comprises six video modules totalling approximately three hours, plus the On-Set Lingo PDF and any additional materials we choose to include.
We may add, remove, or update Course content at any time. We will not reduce the substantive content available to existing students.
3. Account & Access
You will receive login credentials after purchase. You are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential.
You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise grant access to your account to any other person. Each purchase grants access to one person only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be sharing credentials or accessing the Course in breach of these Terms.
4. Payment
The Course is sold for a one-time fee of £150 (or such other price as displayed at the time of purchase). All payments are processed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise.
Payment is taken in full at the point of purchase. Access is granted immediately on successful payment.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, email hello@actingforcamera.com within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
After 30 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property
All Course content — including but not limited to videos, written materials, downloadable PDFs, audio, graphics, and the underlying course structure — is the intellectual property of [Your Legal Entity Name] and is protected by UK and international copyright law.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access the Course for your own learning. You may not:
- Download, record, screen-capture, or otherwise reproduce any Course video.
- Share, redistribute, or republish any Course content in any format.
- Use Course content to create derivative works or competing courses.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright or attribution notices.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Course platform.
- Use the Course in any way that breaches applicable law.
- Engage in conduct that disrupts the Course or other students’ use of it.
8. Disclaimers
The Course is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of Course content, we make no warranties or guarantees about specific outcomes (including, but not limited to, employment, casting, or career progression).
Acting is a competitive industry. Your success depends on factors outside the scope of this Course.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Legal Entity Name] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course.
Our total liability to you, regardless of the cause of action, is limited to the amount you paid for the Course.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Course at any time if you breach these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued for breaches occurring after the 30-day refund window.
You may terminate your access at any time by ceasing to use the Course. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside the 30-day window.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to active students by email. Continued use of the Course after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
