1. Eligibility
The Partner Program is open to individuals and businesses whose audience is relevant to actors and screen performers — such as acting coaches, drama tutors, agents, casting professionals and content creators. By applying you confirm that the information you submit is truthful, accurate and current, and that you will keep it up to date.
2. Honest promotion
You agree to promote the Acting For Camera Masterclass honestly and accurately. You will not make guaranteed-outcome, earnings or "booking" claims, impersonate Peter Palmer or the brand, fake endorsements or reviews, or use misleading, spammy or deceptive marketing. The promise is on-set craft training — not guaranteed work.
3. How referrals are tracked
Referrals are tracked through Lemon Squeezy using your unique link, with a 30-day cookie window. Only sales correctly attributed by Lemon Squeezy and not refunded, charged back or cancelled qualify for commission.
4. Earning models
You may choose a commission model, a client-discount model, or an agreed hybrid split, up to the rates confirmed for your account. The applicable rate is the one shown in your Partner Dashboard and may be set or adjusted by us in writing.
5. Payments
Approved commissions are paid monthly via PayPal or Wise, in the first week of the month, for the previous month's confirmed sales, subject to any minimum payout threshold communicated to you. You are responsible for your own taxes and for providing accurate payment details.
6. Prohibited activity
Self-referrals, fraudulent orders, cookie stuffing, trademark bidding on paid search, unauthorised discounting and any attempt to manipulate tracking are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program.
7. Disclosure & compliance
You will comply with all applicable laws and advertising rules and clearly disclose your partner/affiliate relationship wherever required (e.g. FTC/ASA-style disclosure).
8. Relationship
Participation does not create any employment, agency or partnership relationship. You are an independent participant and may not represent yourself as a representative of, or speak on behalf of, the brand.
9. Changes, suspension & termination
We may update these terms, adjust rates, or suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including where eligibility or honest-promotion requirements are not met. Commissions arising from fraudulent or non-compliant activity may be withheld or reversed.
